Chelsea Heikkinen
Chelsea is the visionary and implementer behind the company's culture, growth strategies, and overall performance.  Her broad experience across the pharmaceutical supply-chain allows for the continuous development of Prime Pharma Solutions within an ever-changing pharmaceutical industry. For over the last decade, Chelsea has spent her career developing and growing companies through effective growth strategies and business development. The breadth of her experience includes developing new business relationships and partnerships, maximizing team performance across multiple departments, and achieving and exceeding company growth goals. She is well-known in the industry as a Top Performer in customer relationships, and her industry knowledge is unmatched. She has and continues to lead diverse teams in the functional areas of corporate leadership, sales, account management, operations and logistics. Chelsea’s leadership foundation is built on a core belief that a healthy company culture is essential to not only its employees, but the customers it serves as well. ​​ Chelsea graduated from Florida State University (GO NOLES!) (BA - Health Sciences, Biology) in 2009. With a passion for the Medical field, she enrolled in a Master’s program with plans to continue on to Medical school. However, after the 2010 earthquake in Haiti, she volunteered with the University of Miami’s School of Pharmacy and Medishare to travel there and help bring crucial medications and medical care to victims. The experience was life-changing and her passion for making a difference in patients lives within the health care industry began. Chelsea is the mother of 3 beautiful children (and 2 rescue pups) and enjoys balancing her fast-paced career with her family time.

Cynthia Saunders
For more than fifteen years, Cynthia has worked closely with pharmaceutical buyers for healthcare facilities. Her depth of experience means she has a complete understanding of the inherent challenges faced by those who Prime Pharma Solutions serves. In fact, she holds a degree in Psychology with a focus in Chemistry, the perfect blend of social-emotional intelligence necessary for exemplary patient and customer care, with the tactical know-how specifically relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. Cynthia and co-founder Chelsea (left) founded Prime Pharma Solutions with a vision to do better, taking performance in the wholesale pharmaceutical sector to new levels for ethics, service and integrity. Their vision for better, smarter and more ethical way to fulfill the time-sensitive needs of the industry has been the foremost guiding principal and foundation for Prime; and remains today at the core of every decision. As the daughter of Cuban immigrants, Cynthia's parents instilled in her the belief that anything is possible through core values of continuous improvement, the relentless pursuit of excellence, faith, and good, old-fashioned hard work. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and since graduation, has spent her entire career bringing about dramatic, consistent change to raise the bar for talent, compliance, technology and customer service in the roles she has held. Cynthia has an unwavering and absolute belief in the Golden Rule: treating everyone the way we ourselves would like to be treated. She believes progress and success only occur when people feel respected, appeciated and valued. Her commitment and delivery of the highest standards to the healthcare industry are evident in her relationships with PRIME team members, industry partners and customers alike. ​Cynthia is married with two children. She enjoys spending time with family and reading in her free time.
